Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 minced garlic clove
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degC. In a bowl mix the soy sauce and minced garlic. Add the chicken, tuning once and remove. In a zip-lock bag, mix well the sesame seeds, flour, salt and pepper. Add the chicken, coating well.
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until thighs are done.
